SAN DIEGO FOOD BANK (SDFB)
CCSA is one of more than 100 distribution sites for the Emergency Food Assistance Program (EFAP) in conjunction with SDFB. Each month approximately 350 families and individuals receive supplemental USDA foods. Eligible clients must meet income guidelines.

INTERFAITH SHELTER NETWORK (ISN)
CCSA has been part of the ISN rotational shelter program for more than 10 years. By providing case management to families and individuals as they are sheltered in local congregations.

ST. VINCENT de PAUL VILLAGE
CCSA is one of ten host sites for the SVDP Mobile Health Clinic. The Mobile Health Clinic is an outreach of the St. Vincent de Paul Village Family Health Center and the San Diego Faith & Health Alliance. The Mobile Health clinic is on-site at CCSA’s Clairemont Service Center to provide health services to those people without health insurance

SAY-San Diego (Social Advocates for Youth)
CCSA works together with social workers from outside agencies to help clients gain access to various programs towards self-sufficiency.

CLAIREMONT COALITION
CCSA is a part of the Clairemont Coalition, a collaborative effort joining area schools, community service organizations, health care professionals, and other interested parties in mobilizing resources for the community and its needs.
