If you would like to make a gift of stock to CCSA you may do so electronically through your broker or through the actual giving of stock certificates to CCSA. An electronic donation is the easiest and quickest way to donate your stock.

Transfer of Stock Certificates

1. Secure and sign a Stock Power and have your signature on the document guaranteed by a brokerage firm or full service bank (Spouse’s signature must be included on the Stock Power and guaranteed if the stock is held jointly or in a trust.)

2. Send the Stock Certificates to CCSA along with a brief letter stating you are donating the stock to CCSA.

3. Send the signed and signature-guaranteed Stock Power to CCSA in a separate envelope from the stock certificates.
